I then worked with Emily to help me pick out my car. She was very helpful by sending my alot of information and pictures as I narrowed down my choices. 'A friendly neighbourhood dealership' I was undecided on vehicle type (Hyundai Tuscon vs. Mitsubishi RVR), while browsing online I noticed on their website they had some of each. My husban I was undecided on vehicle type (Hyundai Tuscon vs. Mitsubishi RVR), while browsing online I noticed on their website they had some of each. My husband said, 'pop in to the auto gallery and test drive them both, I bought a Sunfire there years ago, they were great'. After test driving both, I was still undecided, they offered to let me take the RVR home for the night and use the following day, still undecided, imagine my surprise when they offered the Tuscon over night the next day! Finally after dealing with me for 2 days I decided on the Tuscon, all without any sales pressure, I left there on a Thursday evening deciding on a 2013 Tucson, paperwork ready to be submitted to the financial institution first thing Friday morning (because unfortunately due to my indecision I had kept them there past close yet again). I woke up Friday morning and decided my final decision the night before was wrong and I needed the 2015 Tuscon, I texted Emily yet again at the crack of dawn asking if she could change the paperwork pre submission. I then drove home in my 2015 Tuscon Saturday at noon! All staff that I dealt with over the course of a couple of days were friendly, patient, and cared that I was purchasing the vehicle that was right for me, not the vehicle that made them the biggest sale, they also informed me that my husband will be reviewed I got a referral bonus in the mail which was an added surprise! I will recommend anyone buying a used vehicle to go and see my friends (cause that's how they all made me,feel) at the Auto Gallery at 3777 Portage Ave. More
