From the start, Ricardo was professional and genuinely committed to making the process smooth and stress free. But what truly sets him apart from anyone else is how far he is willing to go for his customers - literally. After I finalized the purchase, Ricardo personally drove the car from Pembroke Pines to my home in West Palm Beach during rush hour traffic. Not only that, but he bought me a phone charger on his own dime so he could walk me through how to set up the different features the car has. Then he patiently sat with me to explain every detail of the car. Once everything was perfect, he quietly called an Uber and headed back - no fuss, no rush, just pure kindness. If you’re thinking of buying a Lexus, do yourself a favor and ask for Ricardo Brighi. You won’t find better service anywhere. Lexus of Pembroke Pines is lucky to have him, and now I feel lucky to have had him guide me through this purchase. More
