Received an offer letter but dealership did not stand behind offer. Told salesperson we did not want to take the car that day because we had too much to do (weekend before Christmas) including clean out behind offer. Told salesperson we did not want to take the car that day because we had too much to do (weekend before Christmas) including clean out our trade in and bring back the title. They kept us there for 4 hours to finish everything and then rushed us out. Didn't go through all the cars features...we didn't even know how to turn on the lights, which we needed because it got dark on the way home. In the rush to get us out we wound up leaving something in our trade in behind (which they never called us about) and they gave us a contract in Spanish. Then the salesperson insisted on driving to my house, that night, to get the title for the trade in, which wouldn't have been necessary if he had listened to my wishes in the first place and let us come back, after the holidays to get the car. Oh, and Spanish dance music blaring in the dealership the whole time. Overall awful experience. More
