Service Manager Julio Lopez setup my visit for the due maintenance on my GMC Yukon. Upon my arrival he inspected the vehicle to ensure no other work was needed. My issue never gets resolved properly. My back air vent is still not blowing cold. My car has been there 3 times for the A/C. I don’t think the technicians are able to fix my car. One time My back air vent is still not blowing cold. My car has been there 3 times for the A/C. I don’t think the technicians are able to fix my car. One time they had my car for about a month. Since I need my car, I am reluctant to bring it in. My concerns are not regarded. I asked for all of the actuators to be replaced at one time since it’s inevitable that they will all go out around the same time. I was told that it does not work that way and that they have to fix them as they go bad. As a result, the car has been there three times. I have been patient. My compressor was replaced, but they were not 100% sure that the compressor was the issue and I’ve been told each time that it was actually the actuators. The repairs are very costly and each time my warranty has paid out. Even the warranty company has called me to question the authenticity of the repairs. I would like for the back vent air supply to be replaced, but the inconvenience and frustration are not worth it when the car will probably come back with the same or similar issue. More
