The Manhattan Jeep dealership is a great place and overall a great dealership. Our salesman Daryl was informed and patient and helped us navigate through everything as we had never leased a new car b overall a great dealership. We had many questions from color, to model and inventory and he patiently addressed each one and helped us to find the car we liked best and help get the best price. Everyone there was super helpful including but not limited to Jorge, Julio, Yulitza and especially Daryl! We had a great experience and will definitely be returning and only hope Daryl and his team are all still there! More

When i started my car buying journey i never thought that it would take me to Manhattan let alone this dealership. I am glad to say that my experience with Daryl Lewis was a pleasant one through the buying e it would take me to Manhattan let alone this dealership. I am glad to say that my experience with Daryl Lewis was a pleasant one through the buying experience. He helped me with all the questions i had and made the buying experience as good as it could be. I appreciate the help Daryl provided and if im in need of a vehicle in the future i will keep this place in mind. The only issue i had was around the detailing the dealership promised along with fixing the chip in the windshield on the used car i got, but in the end it was the vehicle i ultimately wanted. More

Short story: UNTRUSTWORTHY Added an about an extra $1000 to my financed amount Lied about the condition of the car Still have not received my license plates, almost 3 months now Long Story: I purchase to my financed amount Lied about the condition of the car Still have not received my license plates, almost 3 months now Long Story: I purchased the vehicle on 01/29/2025 out of state. The financed amount signed for is $26,721.88. The finance manager added an additional $920.57 to the financed amount for no reason. It's not gap insurance nor warranty, I declined all of that. I've try to inform them of this error on multiple occasions. They ignore my emails and calls. I even asked for the contract that they submitted because the bank cannot release that information until after 60 days of purchase date. I was eventually able to retrieved a fax what they sent to the bank by constantly calling Chase about it and the numbers were adjusted. The dealer have agreed to send a check for the difference but that was about 6 weeks ago after 4 weeks of complaints. We're into the 3rd month now. I also have not received my license plates. It's been well over the 6 weeks estimated time frame for the plates. This is a 2019 Audi s5. The sales rep said the car runs and there are no leaks. Half truth, it runs but their were 2 major oil leaks. Oil housing gasket leak and oil cooler gasket leak. It took 3 weeks for them to agree to pay for it and when it came time to pay it took them a whole day with multiple phone calls from myself and the Audi dealer to get them to make the payment, so I was without a car for 2 days. There were also 2 rat's nest in the engine bay. They claimed to have inspected the vehicle twice thoroughly but somehow missed all that. Buyers beware, just be diligent and inspect the vehicle thoroughly yourself or with you mechanic. Also make sure they send in the proper paperwork. More
