I purchased a used vehicle from Norwalk Toyota and within days I started having issues with it. I called for help, since it fell within the 30-day legal protection of purchase. Long story short, the people g days I started having issues with it. I called for help, since it fell within the 30-day legal protection of purchase. Long story short, the people gave me the brush-off. The staff is great at selling you a vehicle but they do not stand behind the used vehicles they sell. Their behavior toward me as a customer was demeaning. This showed me, this dealership has a standardized system that treats used vehicle customers at a very low level. More

Was met upon arrival by Gabriel, who was very welcoming and made sure I immediately met with the right salesperson. No nonsense purchasing experience. Great staff to work with, they treated me with respect and made sure I immediately met with the right salesperson. No nonsense purchasing experience. Great staff to work with, they treated me with respect, were friendly and knew their jobs well. Well maintained dealership. Location has easy entry and exit. More

The sales process was good however when informed the vehicle had been damaged but repaired, I was assured it was not in an accident. Once I purchased the vehicle I found out through Toyotas own maintena vehicle had been damaged but repaired, I was assured it was not in an accident. Once I purchased the vehicle I found out through Toyotas own maintenance history the vehicle was in a collision. I was blatantly deceived in to this purchase. When I asked the service department to remedy many of the issues that would definitely not make this vehicle elegible for a Toyota certified gold vehicle they too the car did replace the tail light but the uneven body panels were “taped” in to place. I could not get any information on What was done because the service writer refused to tell me or to put it in writing. I felt very uncomfortable and uneasy with the entire experience. I have purchased nothing but Toyotas all my like I own 6 of them and have owned over 2 dozen. Delt with many Toyota dealerships in Southern California and this is by far the worst. More
