Everyone that I ran across in the Acura dealership while looking for and buying my truck was very friendly. Julius (my salesman) was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. Very friendly and just a pretty cool guy all around. We got along great and he made the process much more relaxing than most salesman I've come across. No pressure, although I knew what I wanted when I walked in there. Peter (Finance) was great to work with aswell and helped me through the financing process with ease. Couple things were wrong with the truck, but I pointed them all out and they had no problem taking care of everything. All in all, great experience! Price was in the KBB range, although I feel I got a great deal on it. Thanks again! More

Hit and a Miss I went shopping with my son for a used car. Despite being warned by many female friends about the poor customer service given to females at this parti I went shopping with my son for a used car. Despite being warned by many female friends about the poor customer service given to females at this particular dealership we went as my son found a car he thought might work for him via the internet. We were helped Julius when we walked in the door and found him to be very personable. After a test drive and some serious discussion, it came time for the negotiating dance. I gave him what I thought was a very fair offer considering the car had close to 100,000 miles, is a 2008, it's the end of the month/year and the fact that we are former customers as my husband purchased a new MDX 6 years earlier. He went to talk to his manager and came back with a price $300 above my offer which was interesting as Julius mentioned he thought we could get $750 off the price if we bought the car right then and there. It was our first day looking and we had a few other cars on our list to check out but my son liked the one we test drove. After telling Julius we could pay cash and really would like to pay $8,000 vs $8,900 he went back to his manager who would not budge, We decided to buy the car anyway and do you think Julius's manager ever came out to congratulate us? NO! So my son is happy with his new car and I think Julius did a nice job but I am not impressed with upper management at White Bear Acura. For $300 they could have had an eager future customer but I have to agree that as as female, I walked away with a bad taste in my mouth and as many of my North Oaks girlfriends had and they are now servicing their MDX's in Brooklyn Park instead of the White Bear Dealership. More

Worst car buying experience First experience was in October, on a Saturday, not enough staff to service customers, after waiting 40 minutes, walked out and purchased elsewhere. On 28 Nov went to the Subaru dealer ship to check on a used vehicle, they do not handle used car sales. Was redirected to the Acura building. Test drive with Julius went well. However having to sit around for over 2 hours waiting on financing and continually being pushed to buy add-ons during the finance paperwork finalization was frustrating. What part of "No" do they not understand. Will not return for any reason, plenty of other dealerships to have routine maintenance performed at. More
