It was a welcoming arrival. They took care of us right away. Juan was very polite and helpful. It didn’t take as long as I thought it would and they even washed my car. The coffee was great and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. We even got to see Yadhira who sold us our Traverse and Junior who is always so nice. Overall we had a wonderful experience. I'm giving our review 5 stars, but that is only for our sales rep, Yadhira, along with Genesis in the finance department. They were both wonderful to work with. However, this 5-star review doesn't reflect our experience with the manager, Link. After MANY hours of being there, he tried to cancel our car purchase because of "deals" we didn't ask for. We ended up working it out in the end, but not without strife. Unfortunately, he ruined the whole car buying experience for us. More
