In 1997, I had my first BMW experience at the Susan G. Komen 'Drive for the Cure' event. I got behind the wheel of the newly-released Z3. I never understand why people made such a fuss about BMWs, but when I drove that car, top down through the winding Chester County roads, I quickly understood. As a part of my early training, I attended the BMW Academy in Greenville, SC, where I spent one week testing each model under the most extreme conditions. That experience showed me the unique driving characteristics of each car. I currently have an M3 Coupe with a six-speed transmission. It's like driving a race car: the handling and performance is unbelievable. It's also a very limited production model. I enjoy helping people, and I always try to make the process of car shopping as enjoyable as it can be.

After a gap of 25 years, I returned to Otto's to test drive and ultimately buy a new vehicle. Quite simply this was the best car buying experience I've ever had - and not even close. Communications through the ordering and delivery process were superb, and the purchase and delivery were beyond reproach. Otto's, Justice, and Noel made me feel like I was the only customer at the dealership. The attention to detail is spot on. Couldn't be happier. More

I’ve now leased two BMWs from Otto’s. I drive down from Long Island, New York, not because I have to, but because I enjoy dealing with Justice, who I think is an absolute rock star! He “g I drive down from Long Island, New York, not because I have to, but because I enjoy dealing with Justice, who I think is an absolute rock star! He “gets” me and I completely trust him to guide me through the process. I have the feeling that he’s almost as exited about my car as I am! More

The beautiful facility, the friendly team members all helpful and respectful, and of course our salesperson, Justice Mogano, who was the absolute best at making sure we found the car and the deal we were looking for. I think the topper was the presentation the day we took ownership. They make you feel like a celebrity. Thanks Justice and all the team members at Otto's! More
