In 1997, I had my first BMW experience at the Susan G. Komen 'Drive for the Cure' event. I got behind the wheel of the newly-released Z3. I never understand why people made such a fuss about BMWs, but when I drove that car, top down through the winding Chester County roads, I quickly understood. As a part of my early training, I attended the BMW Academy in Greenville, SC, where I spent one week testing each model under the most extreme conditions. That experience showed me the unique driving characteristics of each car. I currently have an M3 Coupe with a six-speed transmission. It's like driving a race car: the handling and performance is unbelievable. It's also a very limited production model. I enjoy helping people, and I always try to make the process of car shopping as enjoyable as it can be.

Great Experience with Otto's Nothing but great things to say about my purchase from Otto's. Extremely professional and responsive; the entire process took only a few days. No games with the price--gave me a great quote right from the start, took care of all my requests, and had me in and out at pickup as quickly as possible (I test drove the car at another dealership, and THAT process took longer than when I actually purchased at Otto's, with all the paperwork, etc.). One thing was still "Owed" under my contract, and it was taken care of within a few days. Great experience! More

I was very impressed with Justice's level of professionalism and dedication to a stellar customer experience. I can't say this is something I have always experienced when purchasing from other dealers, and I have purchased MANY cars over the years. Justice was efficient with the process and knowledgeable about the various financing options. I would highly recommend Otto's BMW, and would unquestionably recommend working with Justice Mogano. More

To be honest, Justice exceeded our expectations with his responsiveness and follow through to every question/email that we have had, even after the purchase.
