GIVE DOUG BARGER A RAISE! I don’t know where to begin. I made an appointment with Doug, knowing what car I REALLY wanted but kind of nervous about the process. Let me tell you, NOT ONCE was I pressured or persuaded into anything! He took his time to first get to know me instead of just trying to make a sale. He really listened and HEARD everything I had to say. He really went the extra mile and busted his tail to get me the rate that was literally perfect for me! I had honestly expected the worst (I was trying to prepare myself lol) and oh my gosh was I wrong! I walked in knowing what I wanted and walked out with exactly that! But that’s not all. I ended up not doing a trade in with my other vehicle. Doug went that extra step and helped me get my cars home! No one has ever done that, much less offer! Nissan of Rivergate exceeded my expectations and they really have a real gem with Doug! Not only do I have the car off my dreams but I have finally found a great family dealership! More

I bought a used Lexus at Nissan of Rivergate and in less than 2 months of having the car, it wouldn’t start. I purchased a $300 battery and it still didn’t start. I took it in to Lexus and now I have to pay than 2 months of having the car, it wouldn’t start. I purchased a $300 battery and it still didn’t start. I took it in to Lexus and now I have to pay a $300 diagnostic fee and a $500 deductible on of the extended warranty that I paid $2000 for! When I called to discuss the problem with Nissan, Justin told me there was nothing they would or could do for me. More
