When I walked into toyota I was expecting the same car buying experience I normally get, being talked to like I’m dumb and I don’t know anything about cars. Eric and the whole team here definitely did not buying experience I normally get, being talked to like I’m dumb and I don’t know anything about cars. Eric and the whole team here definitely did not do that at all! They made me feel welcome and all the questions I asked were answered immediately without me feeling like I’m being talked down to. The lobby/showroom were nice and spacious with polite and helpful receptionist . Will know more about the dealership itself as we go through the life of the vehicle. Jeremy , our salesman was courteous, informed and helpful in securing the vehicle that we wanted . He communicated with text/ phone calls to keep us updated with the availability. Jeremy was super in giving us a personal review of all the features in “ our” car before we left the lot . Justin in the finance dept was professional ,courteous, very organized and helpful in choosing service contract. Overall, Fred Anderson seems to offer an outstanding dealership .
