What really stood out was his honesty, if he didn’t know something about the vehicle, he never made something up or tried to fake it like other salespeople have in the past. And unlike previous experiences, he never questioned why I wanted my monthly payment to be so low, which was such a bizarre thing I’ve been asked before. He simply listened, understood what I was looking for, and found the closest match to meet all my goals.
