I was humiliated by Vinny, the Customer Service Manager and his helper Miami, gentleman that checks vehicles in the shop. a few days ago , I had a 930am appointment for a car inspection. I sat in their waiting room for 1hr and 20 mins before I got up and still notice my car was still in the parking lot. I went to Managers office to let Vinny know. He just said something like "the machine is down"... we are fixing it... rebooting it... I still waited another 20 mins then I got up and again went to his office to complaint. As I was talking to Vinny , this guy Miami comes to tell me to shut up.... like he owns the business or as if he had answers for my problem. No one invited you to this conversation! Vinny has no caliber to be a Manager, He was not aware that the machine was down. He never got up from his chair or invited me into his office to discuss the issue. He shout everything from his comfortable chair. Someone could've come to me as soon as I walked in that morning and said the machine was down and offer solutions. No one did. I found out the hard way after 1hr and 20 mins. I asked for my car key and took my business somewhere else. It's very unfortunate... such poor customer service.... Even the guy that checks in cars Miami came to make a scene and scream at me, been so disrespectful... and this is all in front of Vinny, the Customer Service Manager !!!! We've been buying KIA's since 1999... and this is by far the worst experience. Hope the owners take notice and most importantly all potential customers out there... If they knew the machine was down prior to 930am , they could've call me and reschedule, but no, they had me there seating down for 1hr and 20 mins before I got up. Shame! shame on Vinny and his poor management skills... More
