First impression was low; the service lobby is tiny and the shop is cluttered and both are shabby looking. However, the staff and service more than make up for those things. YOUR people were pleasant and helpful, but prices were ridiculously high. They charged almost $200.00 for an engine check and changing a rear signal bulb. Next day battery wasn't charging, had car check at auto zone, had to have another mechanic replace alternator. You charged us soooooo much and didn't even catch that. With other mechanic, whole alternator and labor was only $225.00. Why are your prices so exorbitant and not good expertise?????. We sure won't be coming back unless things change. We liked shuttle car driver and appreciated ride. More
