Used this dealership to do the service work on my 19 silverado pickup. Had trouble getting first appointment due to no openings in schedule. Service manager was able to get me in. Time for second servic silverado pickup. Had trouble getting first appointment due to no openings in schedule. Service manager was able to get me in. Time for second service and have not been able to get scheduled and parts that were for warranty were not ordered. More

I don’t like being lied to. First the service department tells me I need a new battery and they couldn’t get it for over a week. So I told them to get it from a part store in town. Then they tell me once t tells me I need a new battery and they couldn’t get it for over a week. So I told them to get it from a part store in town. Then they tell me once they put the battery in that I need a air intake sensor they couldn’t get that so I brought them one. When I get there I watched them drive my car around the building. They were supposed to fix the air bag recall while they had my car they fixed passenger side but said they were waiting on parts. The parts we’re supposed to be in on Monday well that’s been 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t heard anything from them. Not impressed! Then when I got home found they did mysteriously get a Nissan battery More
