The price we paid for our certified used Ford Flex was extremely competitive, and so far has turned out to be a fantastic vehicle. Justin was able to answer all of our (many) questions about the Sync system, and we appreciated that he took all the time we needed to talk to him about it. Ken did a great job helping us get an extended warranty from Ford in the price range we were looking for. Overall, I have absolutely no complaints about this fantastic dealership.
