I wasn't in the market for a new car. I was just searching the lots and seeing what specials they had. The specials were great, but the pricing was a bit high. After some negotiations, the sales team were able to find me the right fit for my budget while not totally downplaying the car and it's offerings. We settled for one step lower below the platinum Altima and the team was able to find me an exact car (they didn't have it on their lot). Justin Jones was very patient, friendly and saw us through the steps. Dakota helped with the sale as well to find us what we were looking for without sacrificing the purchase options. There was a moment we wanted to walk away and spend more time shopping, but they were very persistent (yet polite) about closing the deal and having us take advantage of their great offer. I wish I had more time to negotiate but I think I was able to get a great deal at the end of the day with the year-end specials. Alton Mantz, Finance Manager, was great to work with at the end. He's a numbers guy but he had a great personality to finish off the transaction. Jeff Unger was also very helpful towards the end on some options we can do for the interior/exterior services on the car as well. There was one sales person who wasn't correctly wearing the mask during COVID surge, and that was a turn off. I will definitely check out these guys again when I make my next purchase soon. Be prepared for some persistency, and negotiations, but I think you can find a nice car with great service. Working in sales, the staff here was very helpful in finding what I'm looking for and closing the transaction. The car drives great and it has almost all the features we were looking for. More
