3rd Truck Purchased from here I have mixed feelings about my experience this go around. I had a 2012 RAM 3500 that was part of a buy back order from the Chrysler Corp. The letter f I have mixed feelings about my experience this go around. I had a 2012 RAM 3500 that was part of a buy back order from the Chrysler Corp. The letter from Chrysler stated that I was to bring in my truck and it would be bought back for fair market value PLUS 10%. This worked out in my favor as I still owed 35K on my truck and it was still worth 41k. So plus 10% is approx 45k total. When I brought this up to the salesman, he had his manager come talk to me. The manager told me that the Chrysler buy back would have to be handled directly through Chrysler and not the dealership and that it was going to be a nightmare for me. What he suggested instead, was to trade in my truck for the same price and then just buy a new one. I was okay with that as long as I got what I was owed and into another truck for the same payments or even close to the same payments. I understand that a 2016 is going to be more than a 2012. After some very brief back and forth over the price of a 2016 that I liked, I was told that I would be financed at a particular rate with a particular payment. I agreed to those terms and handed them the keys to my 2012. The store was very busy and as I waited to finalize the deal with Justin in Finance, he told me that because he was backed up with customers, I could take the new truck and come back in a couple days and he would have the paperwork ready. I came back a couple days later and as we started signing all the paperwork he showed me the interest rate and the payment. Both were higher than what I had been told/shown originally. Justin was extremely nice and helpful and even tried to figure out how that rate and payment was possible. After looking at several options it became clear to me that the manager who told me that initial rate and payment was just making it up so that I would agree. As the title states, this is the 3rd time I have bought a truck from Ken Garff West Valley because of the way I was treated each time. I will probably remain loyal, but I will shop around next time first. I mentioned that I was a 3 time customer, but that didn't seem to matter to anyone. I have a mark down the side of the new truck, that I am told, will be taken care of when I bring it back next week, but after reading a ton of reviews regarding the service department, I am concerned that it won't be as easy as I was told.....we'll see. So over all it wasn't a horrible experience, but there was some less than truthful promises made to me. Great experiences with Clayton and Justin. More

Why I would never purchase a vehicle from Ken Garff again. After leasing our 2013 Dodge Ram with over $11000.00 down we tried to lease a new vehicle from Ken Garff. Not only was our truck which in great shape not even worth the residual, but the price was less than a competitor would give me.. Justin as much as told me to go elsewhere. He was will less than willing to tell me how much they would purchase my truck as a down payment. Trying to hide it since they knew it was a ridiculous offer. At the time of the purchase of our truck I thought Ken Garff was a good dealership, wrong. Returning customer have no value to them, and I feel as Ken Garff has taken advantaged of us. Justin clearly wanted to be elsewhere and was more than happy to give a competitor our business. More

Phenomenal is all I can say. Mike was AWESOME, no pressure, very friendly and concerned about what we wanted, and he got us what we asked for and didn't try to up-sale us on anything else. Justin got us through financing very quickly ans was even able to get me a better deal than my bank had approved me for. Outstanding service is all I can say. We will be back! More

My husband and I were looking for a small sized pickup to replace the other truck he had sold. We had intended to go shopping around that day to look at all makes and models of small trucks to get an idea o replace the other truck he had sold. We had intended to go shopping around that day to look at all makes and models of small trucks to get an idea of what we wanted and what they cost. We decided to stop at Ken Garff in West Valley first since it was in West Valley where we live. We were greeted by Jeremy and David who helped us with buying our new Dakota. At the time we were dreading the thought of going through what we went through the last time we bought a car. It took us eight hours before we got the deal we wanted and were frazzled by the time it was over. Jeremy and David made our experience so easy that we had a hard time believing it was that easy. Needless to say we ended up buying our Dakota at Ken Garff because of the wonderful way we were treated. Justin also helped us with the financing in a quick and stress free manner. We are now enjoying our beautiful new Dakota. Thank you all! More

"THE WIFE" totally trusted me and my taste (so she said), But I know why we were really trading my 2008, 4 cyl. She really wanted "Leather, heated of course, Sun roof,and more power, she was use to our powerhouse GT that I traded for the economy of a 4cyl. So we needed a powerful 6cyl at least. So after several days of looking and test driving, I stopped in at Ken Garff, on my way to my favorite Ford Dealer, assuming that I was going to buy the Fusion that she hinted she liked so much."White,with Heated Leather Seats, and a Sun Roof". Thats when I met Mr. K. Walker!! He instantly treated me like a responsible adult (Huge Factor with me) very friendly, and very accommodating. We walked the lot, just for kicks I thought "maybe something, just to rule it out". And low and behold - ?? Whats this?? A 200 WHAT?? I've never even heard of a Chrysler 200, Walker said "Yes, They're New this year. Take one for a drive. So I did, and Loved It. Later that day after driving several competitors vehicles. I called him back and asked if he could get one in White with a Sun Roof, He looked and found one. The next day, after sleeping on it, I went back over and drove one again, and took it over to show the wife.... We ordered the "White, Heated Leather Seats, and Sun Roof" in from an out of state dealership. This man worked wonders for me and my "trusting" wife. I'm sure I'll be a return customer, thanks to him. We are officially "Left Handed Friends" We also found out that we were actually born on the same day. I think we'll stay in touch! More
