This was my first time purchasing a vehicle strictly over the phone and through email. It made me nervous, but being that the truck I wanted was 2-1/2 hours away, I was willing to give it a try. When we agreed on numbers, they delivered the truck to me and made the swap. Anytime there was an issue or something that made me uncomfortable about the deal, it was handled professionally.
