The service department at Porsche Palm Springs is top notch. I had a terrific experience with my service advisor, Danielle. I recently experienced some electrical issue with my plug in hybrid Cayenne and notch. I had a terrific experience with my service advisor, Danielle. I recently experienced some electrical issue with my plug in hybrid Cayenne and I was able to get my car in end of day. Danielle met me there with a contagious smile and had my Cayenne taken immediately into service. She even secured me a loaner was so I wouldn't have any issues getting to work that night. She understood my night shift schedule at the hospital and accommodated me with stellar professionalism. I had the problem fixed, work done right and I left with a smile. More
