Justin is a great salesman. I purchased my first vehicle 2 years ago and he knew I was not satisfied. He had nothing to do with me not being satisfied. I settled for a vehicle I I purchased my first vehicle 2 years ago and he knew I was not satisfied. He had nothing to do with me not being satisfied. I settled for a vehicle I just didn't like. This year upon my arrival, he asked are you ready. I said no. He walked away and returned with a deal I could not resist. The thing that stood out the most about Mr. McFarland is he remembered me, he knew i was not satisfied but he made sure I'm satisfied. Good work Justin More

They are entirely TO SLOW! ! When you have an appointment for a routine oil change it shouldn’t take 3 hours or more to complete. People are taking off work and have other oblig ! Your entire day should not be compromised for a simple oil change….Other than that the staff is friendly and much appreciated. Time management needs to be addressed. Hire more humans instead of cutting them…. More
