We were deciding between the hybrid and gas Santa Fe, and Russ even went out of his way to send me an article comparing the two so I could review it and feel good about the choice we were making. That kind of thoughtfulness really stood out to me. After less-than-stellar experiences with a couple of other dealerships closer to home, Russ was truly a breath of fresh air. He made the entire process straightforward and enjoyable, and once we arrived at the dealership, we were able to test drive, complete the purchase, and finish everything in finance in under two hours. We drove over an hour to Clement Hyundai, and Russ and Justin made it completely worth the trip. He went above and beyond for us, and we absolutely love our new Santa Fe.
