Tony Smith the General Manager is wonderful. He has excellent expectations and makes sure his team follows suit. This is the team from sales, service all the way to janitorial. I had 2 services performed less than 5 months apart for wheel alignment and tire balance. He did not look at previous history so I paid for things I did not need. Then what I asked for in the summer servic wheel alignment and tire balance. He did not look at previous history so I paid for things I did not need. Then what I asked for in the summer service did not happen for a cabin filter change. He also did not check in with status which should happen if waiting. More
