My representative, Jonathan, was amazing and demonstrated excellent communication from the moment we were introduced to him until we received our vehicle back. We’ve been in the shop several times this month, and Jonathan consistently made my family a priority by keeping us informed, providing clear timelines, and explaining what was wrong with my vehicle instead of simply handing us paperwork. I’m extremely grateful that we had the opportunity to work with Jonathan.
