My car was taken in at time of appointment and I was provided with a courtesy taxi home where i only had to wait for approximately an hour. They went above and beyond by getting me a courtesy taxi back provided with a courtesy taxi home where i only had to wait for approximately an hour. They went above and beyond by getting me a courtesy taxi back to pick up my car. There was no confusion as to my responsibility for the service; have been held responsible for oil change costs in the past, despite being included in the lease and this time there was no miscommunication. Perfect visit. More

Justin has always treated me extremely well. My last visit was a little frustrating because when the truck came down off the lift it took more than 50 minutes to get the keys.
