He gave me a thorough tour of the new features of the 2019 car, and ensured that the car looked fantastic as I drove it away. He was also very flexible in terms of transferring some items from my 2015 car, and made sure the window tinting appointment was scheduled quickly. When issues arose with the tinter being late, Justin gave me a brand-new loaner car for two days, which was nice. Justin is currently working on resolving a minor software update with the new car to ensure it is 100% correct. Kudos also to Chase and Bob Falcone, who I worked with on the pricing of my new 2019 R and my trade-in 2015 R. They worked to give me a fair price on the two cars in November 2018, and stuck to these prices in March 2019 with no issues. More

Justin Poynter (sales consultant) asked us if we needed any help and we told him what we were there to do and that there was no rush if he was busy. While he was working with other customers, Justin still fit in the time to talk to us and get us in a Forester to test drive. No one at the dealership that day was pushy like so many dealerships tend to be. It was quite refreshing. They did not have a Forester Sport on the lot with the options I wanted, but Justin located a few at a dealership in OH. Justin kept me in the loop throughout the "transport" process (which only was a couple of days). The paperwork process was just as smooth with Jon Wilson in finance. Jon was very personable, explained things clearly and we were in and out of the office in a decent amount of time. Justin then took the time to go over everything in the vehicle and set things up. It was very helpful for a first time Subie owner. I cannot say enough great things about Falcone Subaru, Justin and Jon. A huge thank you and shout out to both of them and Falcone Subaru in general.
