Kailyn O'Doherty's hurried explanation of numerous options was mind numbing after awhile. There was a lot to cover and absorb in a short period of time. Yet, I must say that the best sales pitch was "What can I do so that you can take home this Land Cruiser today?" My father was in auto sales for over forty-five years and I'm sure he used a similar pitch in his many years in sales. It made me smile in my heart. More
