Save your time and money and do not go to this dealership The most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to in US. Although I reserved an appointment time with the contact person (whose e-mails are alway The most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to in US. Although I reserved an appointment time with the contact person (whose e-mails are always coming to junk e-mail folder), on the time and date of my appointment nobody was there. The only two people at the place had no idea who am I, which car I am looking to and whether if I had a trade-in. After finally describing myself and why I am there, I have met with an unhelpful salesperson, with full of clichés that you can see in every small auto dealers and did not even try to calculate the sales tax on the vehicle. When he did so, he calculated wrong, tried to take my trade-in as free (yes that happened and when I insisted he gave me less than half of the price other dealers offering) and seem not even trying to sell the car even if I bring the price of the new car totally in cash. Do not believe in their advertisements, they try to buy your trade-ins lower than its worth( I have been to 8 other dealerships in the area I know what my car worth), definitely no help with financing (and I clearly indicated my situation BEFORE coming to there), and totally ignorant salespeople. The car I test drove was clearly missing the issued recall by Ford and when I asked about it they gave me a different information. I should also add that they left the keys of my trade-in on the vehicle, so they did not even respect the security of my personal belongings in the car. Stay away from this place, save your time and money. More

Toothman Ford Has My Back June 13, 2017 I had my Ford Fusion serviced at Toothman Ford today for "The Works" (oil change, tire rotation, multipoint inspection) and am very g June 13, 2017 I had my Ford Fusion serviced at Toothman Ford today for "The Works" (oil change, tire rotation, multipoint inspection) and am very glad I did! It turns out that my battery needed replaced - which was helpful to know because I travel a lot and that battery replacement may have saved me from an unpleasant road experience in the future. I had another pleasant surprise when they told me they had an inner door handle replacement part in stock for my driver's door and could replace it today as well. Adam, Brent, and Josh are professional, yet personable. They inform you about needed repair work without high pressure sales tactics and let YOU decide what to repair and when. Justin S. sold us a new Ford Escape last September and always interacts with me whenever I visit the showroom. Their "people" skills are what keeps me, my wife, and family members coming back to Toothman Ford in Grafton. More
