My experience was for the most part seamless and quick other than feeling like my trade was worth more than they offered. However, the price on the Ford seemed to make up for the difference. Easy interactions with Rob at check out. Unfortunately we discovered a defect on the back of our vehicle that was not observed during buying process. Being a black vehicle, we didn't notice the defect until it was in better light. Contacted Justin. He said he would talk with Donnie and get back with us. We called again this morning, spoke with Donnie, explained the situation. Donnie offered to have us bring vehicle in for evaluation with body shop next week. All interactions/satisfaction with this dealership have been positive to date. More
