Al took the time to answer all of our questions, explain features, and make sure we were comfortable throughout the process. We never felt pressured, rushed, or steered in any particular direction. He listened, provided honest information, and created an enjoyable and relaxed experience. We also received excellent attention and support from Justin Sloan, Dan Eason, and other members of the team, all of whom were friendly, professional, and welcoming. It was clear that customer service is something Benton Nissan of Columbia takes seriously. We absolutely loved the Nissan Rogue and had a difficult time making our final decision.
