I'd recommend, but with reservations. My experience with my sales person, Joe Amore was fine....it was when I got to the finance manager, Justin, that things really took a BAD turn.....I w My experience with my sales person, Joe Amore was fine....it was when I got to the finance manager, Justin, that things really took a BAD turn.....I was at the dealership for at least 6.5 hours and ALL I wanted to do was to write my check ( cash deal) and get on the road home ( 200 mi)....he gave me the HARD "CHICAGO TYPE" sell on the additional services coverage that were offered and just about had a FIT when I said NO, I wasn't interested. Not only did he point blank me as to why, but he persisted to keep talking about it. He got SO FIRED up over my not wanting the additional coverage, he didn't notice I was paying cash for the remainder balance on the car, closed my folder and said I owed nothing. Believe me...at that point I JUST ABOUT WALKED OUT....I WAS SO DONE TALKING TO THIS GUY !! But, I had to tell HIM that I owed the dealership money & I had to write a check....Then AFTER ALL OF HIS VERBAL ABUSE, he told me I had to go to the cashier for that ! I couldn't wait to get this completed and get in my car. Joe met me at the cashier office and escorted me out to the car and went over some details so I could drive the car home...... More

4 times to the service center I bought a car with you guys fixing tmps light. First time I brought it waitied hour or so they told me it all fixed. Drive it have away home the ligh I bought a car with you guys fixing tmps light. First time I brought it waitied hour or so they told me it all fixed. Drive it have away home the light came back on. Called told bring it back they would give me a loaner. Took it back had the car two days told me they drive and it was fixed. So I picked up the car drove it half way home and the light came back on again. Turned the car around drive back to the dealership took pictures of light. Told again to bring it back got a loaner again finally they fixed the problem with the light. More
