Smooth transaction I was in contact with Justin previously and although I did not buy a car from Boucher (no fault of Justin's ) I knew he was the person I would prefer I was in contact with Justin previously and although I did not buy a car from Boucher (no fault of Justin's ) I knew he was the person I would prefer to deal with when shopping for a new VW. He's knowledgeable of the VW line and was very personable. Justin worked with me on a fair price and was very efficient at expediting the sale which is important to me. The paperwork aspect was also quick and efficient. We have had our Volkswagens serviced at this dealership and have always been treated professionally. The only complaint would be that there is sometimes a considerable delay to get a repair scheduled, but once it's in, we feel we're in good hands. More

Easy purchase I found this dealership using the True Car app. All discussions were by text, which was nice. The car was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. T I found this dealership using the True Car app. All discussions were by text, which was nice. The car was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The only negative thing I have to report isn’t with the dealer, but with Volkswagen. I got an email from them pushing their 6 year no interest, no money down financing. However, they would not honor that at the price we agreed to. This seems somewhat shady to me. If the price goes up for using this financing, then it’s not really zero percent. More
