STAY AWAY FROM STONECREST HONDA. I’ve only had my car for 60 days, and this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. Richard lied to me repeatedly and even hung up in my face when I called with concerns. The finance manager acted helpful and professional until the paperwork was signed and they got my money after that, suddenly nobody wanted to answer calls or help resolve anything. This dealership only cares about you while they’re making the sale. Once they have your money, you’re treated like you don’t matter. The communication is disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. If you value honesty, accountability, and basic customer service, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
