To be honest, I wasn’t sure about buying a car out of town. Nonetheless one that I didn’t physically lay eyes on. But Justino did everything that he could to make me feel comfortable in the fact that town. Nonetheless one that I didn’t physically lay eyes on. Once I got to the dealership, they immediately made me feel at home. They did everything to get me in and out as quickly and as efficiently as possible. The technology in the process that they use throughout the overall purchase was absolutely amazing. I would 100% recommend BMW up Tampa to anyone who wants to buy a car. Whether it be used or new. And I would just as much recommend that if you want a sales individual to take care of you. Then Justino is that person. More

I made the decision to fly from Alabama to Tampa to buy a vehicle from BMW of Tampa. Justino Zoppe is my salesman and contact point throughout the entire process. Communication was always timely, honest, and first class. Justino went out of his way to make sure the buying process was smooth and fair. He thoroughly answered every question and helped me negotiate a fair price for a beautiful truck. Where I became completely convinced that Justino, the staff, and the entire dealership at BMW of Tampa were truly special has been in the days after my purchase. On the ride home from Tampa, the used truck I purchased experienced a few mechanical issues. I alerted Justino to the problems and he instructed me to talk with their pre-owned manager, Alan. Alan suggested I let my mechanic diagnose the problem(s) and let him know what the issues are and how much it would cost to repair. I am proud to say that BMW of Tampa stood by their promise to only sell quality vehicles and they have paid for the full repair. This is not a common thing. Most dealerships would have told me that this problem was not their fault and that it is my responsibility for the vehicle once I leave the lot. But because Justino and Alan are men of integrity, they made this situation right and fixed my truck for me. I will always be grateful for Justino and Alan and the management of BMW of Tampa. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thanks again guys!!! More
