I joined the Genesis family in October 2025, bringing a background rooted in hospitality and customer service. For me, this work has always been about the same thing: helping people. I take pride in listening closely, understanding what actually matters to each guest, and guiding them through a process that feels smooth, transparent, and enjoyable from start to finish.

1 Review of KJ Kennon

KJ Kennon and Bailey Ramos at Genesis of Ontario delivered one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. KJ’s follow-through, attention to detail, and attentiveness were off the charts. Bail delivered one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. KJ’s follow-through, attention to detail, and attentiveness were off the charts. Bailey got me through finance in about 10 minutes — fastest I’ve ever seen. I love the car and can’t recommend this team enough. More
