A Pleasant Experience Kacey, I am a 76 year old who has purchased quite a number of vehicles. With my new Kia Optima, it probably be my last set of wheels which to date I am totally enjoying. The car is great and the way that my wife and I were treated by Kacey was fantastic. Kacey might be young, but he really knows how to treat people right with his smiles and a professional approach. He was very very responsive concerning answering my questions, and I never did feel pressured during any part of the sale. At this point my feelings are that the car that I chose a great car, the 125,000 mile / 10-year bumper to bumper warranty is unbeatable, and then working with Kacey made my purchase an excellent experience! So happy.... we decided to buy 2 cars!!! My husband and I had both of our cars for 10+ years. One of them needed an expensive car repair...so we decided to buy a new car for the first time in 10 years! We had such a great experience with Kacey Garrett. He was very knowledgeable about Kia and was so patient with us showing all of the new technology that is available today. When I brought my older parents, he sat with my mom and showed her everything, too. You can tell he really believes in the brand...he gets so excited about introducing the different models. We got the right car at the right price. We were so happy...we came back 3 months later and replaced the other older car with a new Kia, too. We had the same team Kacey Garrett and Ben Gill...and left with another great deal. This time we had our little kiddos with us...and the process was still stress-free. I definitely recommend. More
