It was, by far, the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience in my 30 years of owning and driving vehicles. Kai, in the sales department, was outstanding. He was patient and thorough in all aspects of the sales process. He was not pushy at all. We laughed. We didn’t spend all day there, like you have to in most dealerships. It was simply wonderful and we will be making any future car purchases with them and we will continue to bring our vehicles there for service. We loved it when it was Carlson’s and are very pleased the experience was just as amazing now that it is Nucar. More
