I stopped in at Kirksville Motors to get a touch-up paint pen for our truck. I also decided to look at a pickup that had just came in. Once inside, I looked for Tonya Beaty. We had spoke with her just a few pen for our truck. I also decided to look at a pickup that had just came in. Once inside, I looked for Tonya Beaty. We had spoke with her just a few weeks earlier and she was very helpful. When I asked about the truck we were interested in, it didn't ring a bell. However, that didn't stop her from looking it up and telling me all about it, including the "carfax" history. It was just what we had been looking for. I really didn't want to make the decision myself, so I made a few phone calls and then told her that we'd take it. It was a used truck, but I really liked that we had some time to decide if we liked it and it came with warranty. Tonya was excellent about communicating, even after hours when I realized that we didn't get a temporary tag & we were headed out of state for the weekend! She was happy to help & took care of it! While were gone, we noticed a few things that needed attention & fixing. One being weak batteries, in a diesel pickup and zero degree weather. I called Tonya & she gave us the go ahead to purchase 2 new batteries that we would be reimbursed for! When we got home, Elaina, in the service dept at Kirksville Motors, got us in & got the other couple of issues taken care of! Hope this will be a great truck for us! We have been very pleased with Tonya's attentive customer service! Elaina was very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful as well! Brandon helped with the paperwork, wrapping up the sale and did that quickly. I can say that KV Motors has a friendly staff all around! Thanks gang! More
