Good and thorough, price was reasonable $85 to have 4 key lock lug nuts removed and replaced with OEM - don't quite match what's on there but close enough. Only complaint is it took 2+ hours to do this and n lock lug nuts removed and replaced with OEM - don't quite match what's on there but close enough. Only complaint is it took 2+ hours to do this and nobody checked in once. I get you're busy but it shouldn't take this long to cut off 4 lug nuts. I went to check myself after 2 hours and it was all done and ready, parked, who knows for how long. But they got the job done. More

Was told the service an oil change and tire rotation would be 45-60 minutes. I had to check in the car after 90 minutes and tell them I had other appointments that day.
