Good service only when you escalate or give a bad review This dealership cares little about customer experience. Last time I went there I had an issue and gave them a low rating. I immediately got an email f This dealership cares little about customer experience. Last time I went there I had an issue and gave them a low rating. I immediately got an email from service rep arguing that I was wrong. Long story short. They made it up to me with complementary services. A couple of months go by and I go check the oil before a long trip. I look under the hood and see no oil cap in my engine. The sub par service techs at williamson's forgot to put it back in after they filled engine with oil. Luckily, I found the oil cap stuck around battery compartment. I drove 2500 miles with no oil cap. Valve cover was all dirty. Fast forward to this latest service and they again try to push unnecessary additives and services on my wife. They also told my wife they would contact her when car was ready She stayed at dealership since it was only an oil change. After nearly 4 hours, she asks the cashier why it was taking so long and cashier said it was ready a couple of hours ago. So no one called her and she wanted two hours. The only reason I go to this place is because it is very close. More
