Took my k5 in today for a oil change and was quickly assisted by Kaitlyn!! My experience there was absolutely the best by far!! Extremely professional and explains everything. Kaitlyn was absolutely A-1 yesterday for me. I had anxiety from my previous visits and was already on defense mode.
