Easy process and friendly staff I already knew what model and year I wanted, so went in to do a test drive and get a final quote. Was in and out for the test drive in an hour and wal I already knew what model and year I wanted, so went in to do a test drive and get a final quote. Was in and out for the test drive in an hour and walked out with a finalized price. Kaiwan was very polite and knowledgeable, and did not pressure me to buy a certain vehicle or in a certain time, but I did have a clock on the final price from a Kia employee there for a marketing event. I asked for an extension because of some logistics, but put down a downpayment couple days later at the decided price. Kaiwan even made the process easier by getting my paperwork ready by the time I reached the dealership to pick my car up, so I was in the finance office for 20 mins, and out verifying everything on the car for another ten minutes and that was it. So easy and stressfree. More

My wife and I were low balled on our trade-in appraisals and then when we asked if they match CarMax they said they would consider it. After looking at the CarMax appraisals they wanted to meet in the middle. Only until we said no, was when they said they would match them. They said they would match our bank's finance rate on the loan term but tried to pull a fast one by not honoring it within the paperwork. Waiting to get into the finance guy (only one working on a Saturday?) was way too long (about 1.5-2hrs) only after I mentioned we had been waiting for a long time, we were sent next door to a finance lady at Crown Chrysler and Jeep dealership. Overall we love the car, the salesman was good, the whole salesman walking back and forth to the sales manager tactic is laughable, not wanting to match the CarMax appraisal was laughable, finance tried to pull a fast one and then waiting to get into the finance managers office was horrible. More
