I ordered a blackout package for my truck, I was given a drop off appointment of 7:30 to complete the work on my truck EVENTHOUGH the person handling my car rental didn’t get to work until 8:30. I was left without a vehicle. When I was picking up my vehicle no one bothered to do a quality check on the work, the letters were really crooked. Very noticeable. I ended up having to take the vehicle in to the vendor that did the work so they could fix the letters, and sit there for a couple hours taking additional time off of work. When I walked into the service department no one greeted me, a simple “Good afternoon, I’ll be with you shortly” would suffice. 5-10 minutes later I had to ask for help and that person couldn’t tell me what to do about the crooked letters on my truck. I had to go inside the sales floor and ask a sales manager for help. Horrible customer service from you service department. More
