The purchase process went reasonably well, but took 3½ hours to complete. I felt the dealer's offer for my trade-in was fair. After rigorous internet searches I called Schaumburg to in quite about a 2019 4Runner TRD PRO. After initially speaking with Erika, she introduced me to Kam, who called me and sent me more pictures and a v in quite about a 2019 4Runner TRD PRO. After initially speaking with Erika, she introduced me to Kam, who called me and sent me more pictures and a video of the car. Kam was there to answer any of my questions. He introduced me to Michael to get the ball rolling. After talking to Kam and Michael for a couple of days, I flew from Colorado to Chicago where Kam was waiting at the airport to pick me up and drove me to the dealership where Michael was there to greet in the lobby. Those two made made it very easy to get me out on the road. I appreciate all their help and would definitely do it again More
