What a great experience at World VW! Showed up to test drive cars yesterday, hopefully getting us a little closer to a purchase decision…. and we were treated like family! Eric, Showed up to test drive cars yesterday, hopefully getting us a little closer to a purchase decision…. and we were treated like family! Eric, our Sales Consultant was patient, informative and respectful of our time. We test drove a Tiguan, learned about its features and chose to take it home. From the learning process with Eric to the paperwork process with Kamal, the entire team was respectful of our time yet did not rush us …. patiently answering our numerous questions. We are really happy with the entire experience and are thrilled to now be part of the World VW family! More
