I took my Lincoln Aviator to Corwin Ford Republic for a C-pillar recall repair. The service was completed quickly, but it soon became clear why. During the repair, the technicians scratched two of my wi C-pillar recall repair. The service was completed quickly, but it soon became clear why. During the repair, the technicians scratched two of my windows while removing the C-pillar trim. They also left adhesive residue all over my vehicle, including on the chrome trim, rubber trim, windows, and paint. This wasn't a simple wipe-down issue—the adhesive was difficult to remove and required some effort to clean. Based on these actions and unhappy with the quality of the work, I took my vehicle to another dealership for an unrelated issue. During the course of this repair, they discovered that not only had Corwin left my vehicle damaged and covered in adhesive, but the recall repair itself had not even been completed correctly. Two pieces of the C-pillar trim had to be removed and replaced because the recall work was improperly performed. What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of customer service afterward. I emailed the dealership to explain the damage and the improperly completed recall repair. I never received so much as a phone call, email, or acknowledgment of my concerns. I understand that mistakes can happen, but ignoring my legitimate concerns after damaging my vehicle is unacceptable. Based on both the poor workmanship and the complete lack of follow-up, I will never take my vehicle back to Corwin Ford Republic, and I cannot recommend their service department. More

Communication was super poor. I texted back several times with questions and they were never answered. I also tried to call and could get thru to a person. It 2 hours from my appointment to get a report on my vehicle. Then another 2 and a half hours for them to finish the service. For a simple oil change (works package) with no other add on fixes. Also the shuttle service never answered their phone. I finally had to spend money on an Uber to get my car. Pathetic. More
