We were pre approved with our bank prior, they pulled the socials from that approval. Kameron Phelps the salesman showed that the car is being sold under market value so no negotiating. While at the financing table I received three alerts that our credit had been ran. We specifically said we didn't want our credit ran. Then Kameron proceeds to tell us we were only approved for $19,500 with our bank, when in actuality we had an approval for $67,000. They were pushing us to use their financing. Upon looking at the sales agreement, this list price of $18,400 went to $23,600. Kameron claimed we must buy in to their paint coating protection, theft protection and permaplates. That it's mandatory. They really give car salesman a bad name. Avoid this place at all cost. More
