Maybe buying a car experience is good there but their service department is absolutely awful. I’ve had three bad experiences. Not sure why I keep going back last time. I had a manager call and say he was service department is absolutely awful. I’ve had three bad experiences. Not sure why I keep going back last time. I had a manager call and say he was sorry so I gave it another. Try this time was even worse car got picked up for an oil change at 9:30. I finally had to call at like 415 and find out what the deal was with my car the advisor for my vehicle explained it was only his second day and what’s funny is the last time I was there same thing happened. It took all day to get an oil change tire rotation, and the same thing. The guy said sorry I just started here. Seems like the turnover there is quite frequent. Maybe that’s why they have terrible service. Anyways, to have my car gone for over eight hours is insane for an oil change and a tire rotation. I wanted them to check the AC and they didn’t even get it that terrible communication at this place and terrible service. The first time I brought my vehicle there to get serviced, the guy left a tool inside the compartment where the filter goes. What the heck’s going on over there More
