After agreeing on the price of the car, I returned later that week to pick it up. At that point, the dealership attempted to add a $4,995 “PDSI” fee that had not been included in the price we agreed upon. B that week to pick it up. I have since been unable to get my deposit refunded. This was the worst dealership experience I have ever had. Based on my experience, their pricing practices were misleading and the handling of my deposit has been completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend getting every fee in writing before giving this dealership any money. More
